Responsibilities:
- Execute installation projects according to specifications and timelines
- Perform kitchen & bathroom restoration tasks as needed
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Lay tiles and install flooring with precision
- Assist in construction site activities including heavy lifting
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate installations
- Conduct construction painting tasks as required
- Utilize frame carpentry skills for structural components
- Work with related subcontractors
- Purchase tools and supplies needed
- Creating project estimates and reports
Skills:
- Proficiency in all phases of kitchen & bathroom remodeling
- Experience with construction site operations
- Strong ability in tile laying and flooring installation
- Skilled in performing maintenance person tasks efficiently
- Capable of heavy lifting as necessary
- Competence in operating power tools safely
- Knowledge of construction painting methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficient in frame carpentry for structural elements

Carpenters Assistant/Delivery Driver
Dream Kitchens & Baths is looking for a dependable Delivery Driver to support our operations and ensure materials arrive safely and on time to job sites, our showroom, etc. This position involves loading, transporting, and unloading cabinetry, fixtures, and related products with care and professionalism.
The right candidate is organized, punctual, and takes pride in representing the company while on the road and at delivery locations. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a team-oriented mindset are important, as this role plays a key part in keeping projects running smoothly.
* Ensure materials arrive safely and on time
* Involves loading, transporting, & unloading cabinetry, fixtures, etc.
* Always handling with care and professionalism
* Helping our Lead Carpenter with kitchen & bathroom remodeling projects
* Organized, punctual, and takes pride in representing our company
* Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a team-oriented mindset * Must have at least (3-5) years of carpentry/remodeling experience* Experience handling & delivering construction materials
* Able to lift 50+ lbs., drive our company van, pickup, & box truck (no special license needed)
* Familiar with using a wide range of hand & power tools
Part-Time position to start, may become a Full-Time soon after.
